MIG · TIG · STICK — AWS D1.1 / ASME SECTION IX CERTIFIED

SteelMeetsFire.

Structural repairs, custom fabrication, and fleet maintenance for industrial yards and construction sites. When the chassis cracks Thursday morning, you're back in service by the weekend.

"72-hour turnaround. Zero re-inspection failures. Back in service Thursday."

Structural Steel

When the inspector shows Monday morning.

General contractors don't get second chances on structural connections. We weld W-sections, HSS, and built-up plate to AWS D1.1 prequalified procedures — full-pen groove welds, fillet welds, and repair welds on existing structures. Every joint is fit-up inspected, root pass verified, and documented with a weld map before you call for inspection.

A downtown parking structure came to us with 14 moment connections that had failed their visual weld inspection on a Friday afternoon. We mobilized that evening, assessed joint geometry, and had all 14 connections re-welded, ground, and documented for re-inspection by Sunday night. Monday morning passed.

Pipe & Pressure

ASME Section IX. Every joint, every time.

Process piping and pressure vessels require certified welders, qualified procedures, and documentation that survives an ASME audit. Our pipe welders hold current ASME Section IX performance qualifications across carbon steel, stainless, and chrome-moly. We handle root passes by TIG for full fusion, fill and cap by MIG or SMAW depending on position and accessibility.

A chemical plant had a 6-inch process line fail hydrostatic test at 1,200 PSI — a hairline crack at a long seam that had been overlooked for years. We cut out the bad section, fit new pipe, welded root-to-cap, and had the line back through hydro test within 36 hours. Zero leaks. Plant back online.

Mobile Field Welding

Your yard. Your timeline. Our equipment.

Fleet managers with cracked chassis can't afford to haul equipment across town. We come to you — fully equipped with engine-driven welders, preheat capability, and all consumables. Our field units handle frame rails, cross-members, fifth-wheel plates, outrigger pads, and boom sections on cranes, excavators, and articulated haulers.

A mining operation had a 150-ton haul truck crack its main frame rail on a Friday at shift change. Downtime cost: $28,000 per day. We had a field unit on-site within 4 hours, preheated the joint to procedure, welded a full-pen repair with backing, and had the truck back in the rotation by Saturday noon. One day of downtime instead of five.

Custom Fabrication

From print to finished steel.

Plant maintenance supervisors need custom brackets, guards, platforms, and structural repairs that don't exist in any catalog. We work from engineer-stamped drawings or your hand sketches — cutting, fitting, and welding custom assemblies in carbon steel, stainless, and aluminum. Tolerances held to ±1/16" on critical dimensions. All fabrications receive dimensional sign-off before delivery.

A food processing plant needed 22 custom equipment support frames fabricated and installed in a 4-day scheduled shutdown window. We pre-fabricated all 22 frames in our shop the week prior, delivered them staged and marked, and installed all 22 within the shutdown window with time to spare for final walkdown.
